Shipping and Damage Information offers freight Free Delivery on all orders over $100.00 shipped anywhere in the Continental 48 United States.

Our Flat Rate Shipping only applies to Continental U.S States ONLY. 

Flat Rate Shipping can take up to 15 days for delivery.

Shipping is FREE when you order $100 or more of the products mentioned above.

We also offer low everyday net shipping rates as listed.

We do not charge packing charges and there are no hidden fee's.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or any U.S. territory will have actual shipping charges.

If you wish to ship your order internationally you will be responsible for all shipping charges.  You will need to obtain a quote from us for shipping and you will need to approve the shipping quote prior to any merchandise being sent out. 

The recipient of any international order is responsible for any taxes, duties and brokerage fees.

We can ship your order to a freight forwarder if necessary.

We will provide you with an estimate of the shipping charges for your order for your approval or denial. 

We also ship Fed Ex and Fed Ex 2 day and can easily quote you for these services.  Just give us a call at 225-344-9831 during business hours.

We process orders every day.  If your order is arrives prior to opening, it will likely go out the same day, provided it is in stock and does not require any special handling.  

We ship via Fed Ex and they pick up at our facility Monday - Friday.  They do not pick up on weekends.  Therefore orders placed after opening on Friday or over the weekend, will likely go out on Monday.  We do close for most holidays, so please allow extra time for processing when ordering near a holiday.

Damage and Breakage

We do our best to pack all orders to prevent breakage.  We require that you report any damages within 3 days of receipt in order to receive a replacement or refund.

We also request that you make note of any damage boxes on your delivery receipt at time of the delivery, retain the packing and tracking numbers and contact us with the a detailed list of damages and we will process the claim and issue you a replacement or refund.
